6. Please make your payment to our account within 48 hours (to avoid back outs). Don't go M.I.A on us once you've confirmed because we might blacklist you the next time! We only ship via poslaju to avoid missing parcels.

Poslaju Postage and handling rates:

For normal shawls weight less than 100 gm per piece:

1-3 pcs = RM6
4-5 pcs = RM7
6 pcs and more = flat RM7

(Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan)
1-3 pcs = RM10
4-5 pcs = RM13
6 pcs and more = please email us.

For larger and heavier packages (dresses, jacket, pants, shoes etc) per item.

7. Let us know when you've made your payment, and email us the image of the the scanned receipt of the transaction made or simply forward us the banking transaction email (VERY IMPORTANT). You can scan/take photo, as long as we can confirm that you've made your payment.

8. In case you can't bank in the exact amount (e.g: RM26, but the machine only accepts RM30), transfer RM30 and we will include the change in your mail. =)

9. All sales are final and non-refundable.

10. We take good care of our items, but we can't help you if your item(s) got lost or damaged during delivery.

11. And oh yes, due to lighting, colors may appear slightly different than they actually are.
